How do I apply a discount code on the website?
Discount codes can be applied on the cart page under checkout summary. On mobile devices, press the dropdown next to the cart symbol to apply the code.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your junk email to ensure you have not received the confirmation email. If you still have not received it please email us and we will notify you of the status of your order.
What is your shipping process?
All orders are shipped same day off placed before 1:00 pm CST. Orders received after that timeframe are processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs.
Reasons for delay in shipping orders may be due to missing item we are trying to fulfill from our retail locations or if items are out of stock.
How long does first class USPS shipping typically take?
USPS first class package service may take up to 4-5 business days for local Houston orders and 5-7 business days for out of state orders.
Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.
USPS tracking shows my package is still in pre-shipment even though I got a shipping confirmation. Where is my package?
Once the package is dropped off to USPS they scan it in their system which updates tracking on their website. Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing higher volumes of package influx and due to shortage of staff there is a delay in delivery times. Unfortunately, once the package is dropped off to USPS we are not able to expedite the process at that time.
How long does UPS Ground take to delivery ?
UPS ground takes anywhere from 1-3 business days excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery due to COVID-19.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items that are unopened or unused may be returned back to our warehouse within seven business days of delivery date. Returned package shipping costs must be covered by the customer. There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from any amount that is being refunded back to the customer.
Exchanges are only eligible on products that are damaged* or have been sent by our shipping department in error.
*In some instances, the customer will be advised to contact the manufacturer for a resolution.
Can I use the online discounts at my local Rock N Roll It retail shop?
Unfortunately, online discounts are exclusive to products on our website. Therefore, retail shop employees are not authorized to honor the discounts in store.

Route is a shipping protection app that protects your package against damage, loss and theft. During checkout check the box before you complete your order to protect your order. After placing your order download the route app in the App Store and track your package in real time! Additionally, file claims through the route app for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.
